Their last audited financials was (annual report 10K) for the period ending Dec 31, 2015. Their quarterlies are not audited.

I think we can expect an audited 10K at the end of this month, unless they file a notice of delay, which will give them another 15 days to file.

It does look like they are planning some serious diluting, though, if they can ever get anyone to buy any stock, which will likely then move to sub-penny rather quickly.

I like how two different MM's have shares (one buying, one selling) for the same exact number of shares. MAKES ME WONDER IF THERE MAY BE TWO TRADERS (OR 1 WITH TWO ACCOUNTS) occasionally buying and selling a few shares back and forth to make it look like there is a few hundred $'s of volume.
