It certainly appears to be, when I called there a few weeks back a secretary gal answered the phone. When I inquired about share structure she told me I would need to speak with some guy there(forget what she said his name was) and offered to patch me through to his voice mail as he wasn't there in the office(or so she said). Never did, but it seemed to indicate that there is more than just "a man behind the curtain".
