Quarter 4 Earnings out by March 25th, 2017

Last 10Q for Q4 came out in 2016 on March 25th. Last time earnings came out this previous November, stock price jumped from 3.20 to 4.50 overnight.

You can see that there is an insane amount of shares for sale. Currently 52k on ask at 2.00. I believe these parties are using their shares to drop the price so that they can then put in a bid at a lower price for a LARGER number of total shares. Then once earnings come out they can sell those extra shares.

OTC markets are insanely open to market manipulation, I've reported this ticker to them as well as the SEC and hopefully they can get in contact with these parties that are manipulating share price.
