Pbio has already spent money they cant afford to spend on the registration.. If they fail to proceed with the offering, their financial position is dire..

No argument their product has potential but when youre chasing dollars every month to keep the lights on, even if sales explode (which has been promised for years) its still a monster cash flow problem

So expect this offering to go off with significant dilution, a reverse split to up list to nasdaq but a severe over hang of shares pressuring the stock... probably below whatever the offering price may be
