This is b.s., IMO.
Company has diluted and reverse split to keep alive, and now that they are nearing profitability they merge the company with a private entity so they can enjoy the rewards that we have been trusting in and supporting--leaving us just standing here.
So they will be issuing another 10.5 million shares to pull this off....the additional dilution will probably blunt any jump we might have seen today....just to rub our faces in the dirt a bit more before locking the stock tote for good!
Just goes to remind everyone that you can't EVER believe any statement from any company executive at any level. I try to watch my investments pretty darn closely, but I never saw any hint of anything that would have indicated this to me.
