I'm not sure what you are asking here? They did a rs:

Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 2000 split. Pay date=02/09/2017.

and now 20 days later the D is dropped (which is supposed to happen). I'm not sure what you mean about the name of the company - I see this:

I just looked at old filings and the same name is listed there.
