Probably true and I am not 100% certain either. However, I know we cannot continue to dilute us longterm shareholders into oblivion. I know we need cash, but I was just hoping McNally had a better way to get it...

And we cannot get too much now at these levels... The Dilution would be huge! Some now and possibly more when we get closer to design freeze, or whatever other updates would encourage new investors to come in and drive up the pps...

We shall see what they do soon obviously... I imagine the pps will get slammed again tomorrow to the low 20s. I really hope we do not ever see the teens...
