Yes we did but I'm at a loss quite frankly with the timing. Why the heck did they not do this about a month or so ago when the pps ran up to .50? At least around .40-.45 would have been so much better than down here in the .20s...

$10M raised in cash would require 30M+ in shares to be issued. Assuming they can even fill that order... And how much cash do we need to get to design freeze and FDA submission?

I was very hopeful McNally was going to bring outside funding in with his network and sources, rather than have to dilute us further. Guess I'm just a little discouraged right now is all...
