Just that that product formulation had problems and was abandoned.
You said Viabecline was the same as Diabecline and needed to be licensed by Keough. That actually brings up a question. If Keough owns the patent, why did he need a license to produce Diabecline?
Seems clear that Phillips referred to both Keough and Chris as licensees.
