FWIW Ive been in SQ since the day it IPO'd and had planned on holding for long term but I sold my SQ as soon as I read the news about the massive $400 mil of Convertible debt. Spells one thing DILUTION. SQ chart huge gap up created by releasing good earnings after the close was a bad move on part of management and now Massive dilution. No thanks, Dilution kills shareholder value. I've heard all the arguments for if its used for growth expansion etc but it still makes the stock price stagnant. That's a big maybe at best. I took my 80% bird in the hand better than a dilution turd in the bush. I may trade it but I can't really recommend holding a dilution turd long term.
