I know avid Fox Fans who bought gold/silver/oil (often from scammy advertisers) when Fox or Rush turned up the panic.
I wondered a few years ago why so many retirees were grabbing their social security benefits at first opportunity. Some of that was political. For most people, not all, waiting is more sensible. There were Obama haters who didn't want him "to have their money" any longer than necessary. Of course the biggest reason is that most people, especially IHUBers, can't think years into the future which explains why they always choose longshot lottery-type investments over vastly more certain distant payoffs.
What especially concerns me are the plots Trump's going to conjure up if the market collapses and his waning legions demand investment relief. Heck, we might really see the death penalty for shorters that so many of the slobbering addicts talk about.
Are we really seeing droves of Obama/Hillary haters entering the market? I've wondered about that, and have been surprised to have read so little about that subject until that one article.
