Management messed things up.

Management made the deal with SB. The terms of that deal were absolutely idiotic.

All you need to do is look at their PRs over the past few years. One claimed revenues were realized when in fact they were not. All these deals in the works? Smoke and mirrors.

Now authorized shares going from 140M to 350M ? If these guys had technology worth anything, someone would have wanted it by now.
