This has become a pre startup company - new merger if it took place at all has completely stalled. If this works one day it is 100% luck for stockholders.

Most likely event is mobiweb uses the mdcn shell to give them a public company and mdcn fades into the past.

Just my opinion but with no news for a long time it is as good a guess as anyone else's. That's the problem with zero communication, no one knows anything for sure.

Bottom line is that this is not worth wasting any more time on.
