NEWS on KGET name change vis-à-vis OTCmarkets
KGET, a little Trip Zero one penny stock GEM. Real changed name is: CaliPharms, Inc. - now owns a majority interest in a an approved California Medical Marijuana farm. In their 7 FEB 17 news release they gave these estimates for 2017 from just this one farm: In 2017 Country Junction Farms is projecting to grow about 4500 pounds of flower and 4700 pounds of trim. The trim is to be sold for use in cannabis oil concentrate production. The projected revenue is $4,275,000 from the flower and $337,500 from the trim.

I emailed KGET via their company website this afternoon, basically pleading with them to get their name changed ASAP from Kleangas Energy Tech, Inc. to CaliPharms, Inc. with OTCmarkets because as you all know that old Kleangas name does not any longer reflect the actual business they are in - especially after the SUPER news that little KGET purchased an actual running approved Medical Marijuana farm. I explained to them that this old name is actually hurting them as it causes the type of confusion that will likely keep investors away.

I told them another Trip Zero stock I own with a new symbol that now begins with 'H' went from hardly any daily volume to over 350 million in volume today (nearly all Buys vs sells) just today, when the new symbol and and name (reflective of their new business) became effective. We all know that KGET has officially changed their name to CaliPharms, Inc.

I think they understand and they are working on this. KGET promptly replied a few minutes ago. BELOW is a copy and paste from their email reply:

KGET WROTE back today:

"FINRA holds the cards for the name change and they are not willing to change it. The company was not current when it filed the form 15, so FINRA maintains it is in the shareholders best interest to not change the name. The name has already been changed with the State of Delaware and technically Kleangas Energy Technologies, Inc. does not exist.

Makes zero sense to me, but that is what FINRA states. We had a couple calls with them, but in the end, they will not change the name without first going 34 ACT and becoming current with the SEC. We will have to go current information some time in the future and change it then.

They have the same policy for a stock splits, so a reverse split falls under the same FINRA response. That means according to FINRA a reverse split is not possible until it is SEC current."
