Third rule Re: tie break designating the winner in case of a tie...

I need to get this out here because a tie is inevitable.

So this is the rule...
Fist wag wins!

Example:
Lets say frenchee makes the first wag of 37.50 #msg-12925402
Lets say I wag 38.00 #msg-12925716
and lets say no one wags between us.

Now then.... lets say the Q's close @ 37.75

frenchee would be the winner because he w@gged first.
Fair enough?
