Does anyone know why?
Maybe it's because astute investors will short the heck
out of this scamming company where the CEO can't even
refute his IRS tax obligations?!
For those who don't know, "hard to borrow" means that
it's hard to find shares to short. And although shorting
isn't necessarily easy for penny stocks, it is possible to
short them as long as you're working with the right brokerage
house that allows it.
