they replied to my friend as well, saying all is good and things will be moving shortly, and this started half a year ago, continuing for few months, things are moving, all is good etc...
so if they reply or if they dont, it make no difference, as there word can be taken as a joke.
why don't you contact steve nelson - and I know what he will tell you - this was a spec play and me and everyone sold majority on the run up, yea sure.... bS guy
