Two or more differing ingredients will qualify for the issuance of a provisional patent (see Viabecline ingredient list in post#13476 where it shows two different ingredients). Also, please keep in mind that Dr Otiko applied for a new provisional patent application in January 2017 (see Dr. Otiko's response from stickied post #13430 at top of page).
