Its too late to go back and undo these sales as much as some try. Its too late to take CWRN back to pre-production,pre-revenue and pre-net income.


The 4 shipments were done not in the name of CWRN or PanAm Mexico but through a joint venture and none of the money was ever on the books of CWRN, period.
