This, and that it's a company which has marked THIS Spring 2017, to begin the real explosive growth its been working on for several years (...btw it did go from zero revs to over $900,000 from 1st Q 2016 to 3rd Q as we see in their filings, so this new growth has already started.....4th Q and Annual Report not out yet for full 2016 revs so lets keep a lookout for these final 2016 numbers). ----And no, the words "big" and "conglomerate" are not hype with this stock: please see the following:

So iBrands is a company that is doing business with their own proprietary CBD oils and other CBD consumer goods, and now (and what started this new stock rally) they have become a MAJOR CBD oil player -- with their new supply contract just signed weeks ago for one year, with a major 1st Nations/Tribal/Indian Hemp/MJ/CBD oil company: Free Spirit Organics:

"The first order is for 1,000 kilograms (2,200 pounds) and will be delivered by the end of February (2017). Ongoing demand is expected to be between 200-250 kilograms per month. In the past, the Tribe has been paying $25,000 on up to $48,000 per kilogram.

So lets get out our calculators and estimate what this first order may bring in: (could be more or less, but even if its half this amount guys this is a HUGE CBD oil supply contract, bigger then any i have at least seen in penny land):

Immediate order for $13K / Kilo, for 1000 Kilos, = $13 Million
Monthly orders of 200 - 250 Kilos, for $2.6 Million to 3.2 Million per month.

Annual revenue from this single deal:
13 + (31.2 - 39 Mill) = 44.2 - 52 Million.

--but wait who is 'Free Spirit Organics - probably some scam company or tiny player in the MJ arena, right? No, absolutely not. Free Spirit Organics is based in Nevada and they are now doing major new business with CBIS, which trades around $5 million dollars of volume a day and is one of the penny MJ 'bellweather' stocks(!):

This is a validating and compelling CBIS connection because Free Spirit Organics just inked an impressive, long term business relationship (growing hundreds of acres of their own MJ to obtain CBD oils) with CBIS which is listed in CBIS's last 10Q in November, 2016....and Free Spirit are the ones buying IBRC's huge CBD oil order. But to now close out this first major business division description: this is the first Spring 2017 new business IBRC has landed. Serious revs and a nice one-year cushy contract with a big West Coast 1st Nations MJ/CBDoil/Hemp player (Free Spirit Organics), with these big monthly recurring revs to look forward too.
