Good Morning Sir
Is there an update you can give us shareholders as to the 10q delay and why the company has allowed the delay to go way beyond past XNRG filings that are usually the normal filing timetables?
How much longer will shareholders have to wait on this very crucial information? The stock has been downgraded for over a month now.
Thank you
igg2
Question #1 and #2: Is there an update you can give us shareholders as to the 10q delay and why the company has allowed the delay to go way beyond past XNRG filings that are usually the normal filing timetables? How much longer will shareholders have to wait on this very crucial information?
Response #1 and #2: The Company's quarterly report could not be filed within the prescribed time period due to the Company requiring additional time to prepare and review the quarterly report for the period ended November 30, 2014. Such delay could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort and expense.
On February 26, 2015 the Company updated the Xun Forum post, link: http://forum.xunenergy.c...osts&m=6170#post6170 from 30 calendar days to more or less 60 calendar days. Today we updated the Xun Forum post to more or less 90 calendar days. The reason for the last 30 day delay has to do with scheduling by the auditors. The quarterly report for the period ended November 30, 2014 has been with the auditors since February 23, 2015. Again, we emphasis: Such delay could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort and expense.
