In the matters of PERFECT LEGAL TITLE at MINA PASCUA Chile areas and legal domain over Trial and Injunction C-1912-2001.

1. As my perfect title shows, it, was in my possession legally by annotation at the margin of the TESOROS titles, since 2007, my name is in legal control of MINA PASCUA Chile areas, filed by BARRICK GOLD CORPORATION at TSX and OSC + NYSE/SEC as theirs.

2. Barrick filed falsified MINA PASCUA PROSPECTUS 1994 - 2000 with concessions of salts and nitrates from LAC MINERALS 1978-2017.

3. Barrick falsified PASCUA LAMA PROSPECTUS via pseudo ownership of the TESOROS concessions as it titles show in page 2 - MINA PASCUA CAMAP.

4. Since 2001 TESOROS concessions are my asset via VILLAR since 2001 my asset via cession of legal rights by VILLAR and CRISTOBAL LOPEHANDIA to yours truly, to date.

BCSC knew the TESOROS titles were in my name 2007 -2009 while sacking out of the Exchange INFINEX VENTURES INC. under the pretenses that BCSC filed v. MSX. Yet, Barrick still can not undo my Injunction to date.

5. I am the filed TESOROS assets of BARRICK at PASCUA LAMA.

6. As shown on title last marginal annotation I AM C-1912-2001 to Barrick since 2007.

Why would BCSC and clowns in this Board ask me to show VALID TITLE when it is BARRICK the criminals that do not have it COVERED UP by the CRIMINAL REGULATORS at BCSC and TSX in Canada?

Here is perfect title 2016 used to STOP BARRICK from lifting C-1912-2001 INJUNCTION AND stopped on their tracks FROM EVER MENTIONING AT A COURT IN CHILE AS SUCCESSFULLY DONE IN CANADA, THAT Jorge R Lopehandia HAS NOTHING TO DO with trial and injunction C-1912-2001 Pascua area titles.

BCSC + TSX + Barrick + SLW + Royal Gold are selling MY GOLD SILVER & COPPER for years under the criminal watchful eye of politicians and crooked regulators IN FRAUD TO THE FINANCIAL ESTABLISHMENT.

My titles are issued by the Mines Registrar of Chile, sole authority on mining areas of PASCUA MINE CHILE - LAMA is a lie, a bust, a fabrication to have a tunnel to steal Gold in rock form to machine it in Argentina without paying taxes.
