Facts often ignored about ERHC are a .0001 share price, 2 billion outstanding shares, More toxic, dilutive debt outstanding, diminishing cash, an IRS lien in place, a 2.7 million payable to the IRS, a delinquency to CEPSA of about 9 million dollars, No announced plans to drill a well anywhere anytime soon. No opinions there at all. Just facts. Care to add any facts, not opinions, that will help us see what is going well at ERHC?
