1) The company has not, and cannot, pay the judgement!
2) They turned over the money they had earmarked for updating filings to Asher!
3) They are broke and they cannot file!
4) They judge ordered them to turn over the ENTIRE company to Asher for liquidation!
No money, no filings coming, no PRs, losing money, no one will loan them a dime, etc.
How far off is bankruptcy?
