How will the deal play out wth Delek seeking to acquire Alon?
Could the parent ALJ see a short squeeze due to the rise along with takeover by Delek?
We have discuss some of the questions...How does the deal effect the MLP? Is Icahn a silent partner?
about Delek/ALJ recent spike...:

results were pretty much in line with what we saw from every other refiner in the fourth quarter: small refining margins from the combination of rising crude prices, high levels of refined product inventory, and higher-than-average costs to comply with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's renewable fuels standard.
