I thought about touching base with these guys and seeing if I could get any new details. I'm curious if they really plan on making this into Basil and Barns, and then exiting shell status, or are they actively seeking a merger candidate....I can't really tell at this point.

Seems like if they were looking for a merger they would have found one by now.
