Yesterday's announcement of patent granted was NOT news because they put out a PR when the patent was approved. Once approved the only hurdle to getting it is paying fees....which maybe they should brag about because they just payed the fee associated with the rotation disk brake patent this week. They did that with only 1 week to spare before they would of lost the patent for not paying the fee within the 3 month window. BTW they have also already announced that patents approval so if 3 months from now when the patent is granted they have a PR about it it will be a duplicate also.

I believe only documented revenue in hand will move the price because of their long history of misleading statements about revenue. But there is no denying they are getting close to having a product that can be marketed. The evidence of there actually being a market for their MG product is also piling up.
- The have the ex-Navistar executive willing to put his own money in the product development,
- another company believing in mobile generation and getting capital to develop it themselves,
- and now a large successful company whose primary customer base is the target market believing it could allow them to increase revenues. If they decide its a viable technology and provide engineering to support it their will be sales.
