That isn't true at all JP.
Not that I think the SEC will get involved here but there are thousands of pinky scams that have been prosecuted for fraud.


It's all a matter of meeting a threshold.
Enough complaints and they get involved.

After all this company is making deals with SRSR which has a prosecuted scammer involved. Obviously they bother to go after some pinkie scammers.
With all the complaints filed by the SRSR members to the SEC about scammers being involved I would not doubt that the SEC could get involved here.
