Strange indeed and my son was manager for TGT is Asheville, NC once.... They got problems, most retail does right now as do many restaurants. Yet Snap Chat is debuting today as a "public listed equity" ??? WTF???

But, unless SEC steps in to STOP naked shortselling by greedy brokerages to create fairer playing field for real Shareholders who invest, it further erodes any good about any corp out there.

Hell, JCP's recent earnings beat all analysts and showed profit, yet it was heavily shorted down to new 52 week low and was shameful to see there as well...!
