i own a position @ around .50
The potential exist for further gains as the company displays their numbers and a presentation going forward of their plans for the company as well as the their stock. when speaking to management today i really thought that their main motive was to raise money. I was surprised when they stated that that was not the reason. I believe that larger shareholders have the upper hand and are cause management to follow the wag of the tail and the head will follow. As mentioned he said that 14 and 15 were not great but from my conversation 16 showed improvement and i assume 17 was even better.
When you consider the real estate markets in the major cities that they do business in and the fact that commercial real estate has been hot - one can only conclude that business has picked up for them as well.
As mentioned they are considering SEC filing so that means fully reporting
status. The market cap is tiny with only 11 million shares outstanding and the stock only trades every so often. that alone i find very interesting because there still is 11 million shares outstanding and you would think that there would always be sellers and there has not. If one decides to own this stock i assume that owning it before the fireworks otherwise you could play higher prices. Actually i was very surprised to actually get a call from this person ( the controller) because i have been trying for months. we talked for at least 20 minutes and i like the speculation that is being offered here.
