I have seen OTC Pink stocks go under when the CEO announces a possible buyout of another Company. This is a last ditch effort for the CEO to milk any money left in the stock. Ralston is a CON MAN. He needs to go to jail for 25 years. This type of fraud goes on frequently with penny stocks. Watch out for any company that is incorporated in the State of Nevada.
