Based off the info put out by the sec, it looks like a typical scam .hate to be the bearer of bad news but I think Randalls last name should be ponzi,or madoff. .read the article in gross Pointe and how many people get away with putting 1/2 of a clients money in your own account and 1/2 in the clients? Then asking the paper to not publish that ,as it would give him a bad name and be bad for business
