Good evening everyone, and welcome to President Trump’s first address to Congress.

This is Trump’s first major speech since his inauguration, and we are looking forward to bringing you live analysis of the evening’s proceedings.

The president has reportedly been putting finishing touches on his speech throughout the day, and Congress (and the country) are eagerly anticipating more guidance on his agenda and how he intends to push it forward.

Trump met today with attorneys general from across the country and with television news anchors at the White House.

Indications from those meetings suggest that Trump will directly address the recent wave of anti-Semitic violence at Jewish community centers and cemeteries around the country.
