Ecocab Portland announced closure on it's Facebook page

What a clown show!!

I'd sure love to know the back story on this. Maybe it's as I theorized in the following post, which coincidentally, I posted the same day as the closure and filing:

Hopefully, we'll see a legal filing soon.

If LIBE had an actual Board of Directors, Conway would be held to account over this fiasco, and then be fired. As it is, he'll just keep hauling in his $144K/year in salary, assuming he can continue to find new buyers for convertible notes.
