If I were Ben, I would feel pretty crappy lying to a shareholder. I've thought about emailing him myself but I see the info that he gives people and then the actual follow through, which is none. It doesn't really engender any confidence in the company and the stock. I've tried to stay positive but you can only take so much, I'm sure everyone is feeling the same way.
