Per Helsinn Agreement, tomorrow MEIP will cash in $5mm.
"Under the terms of the Agreement, Helsinn will pay the Company an initial payment of $15 million within 10 business days after the date of the Agreement and another $5 million within 10 business days after the earlier of the date of the first dosing of a subject in the Company’s MEI 009 phase 3 AML clinical trial or March 1, 2017".

We don't know if they already started phase III for Pracinostat (expected for Q1/2017) because they still haven't released it and they recently requested a confidential treatment for Exhibits 10.1 of last 10-Q regarding "License, Development and Commercialization Agreement, dated as of August 5, 2016, by and between MEI Pharma, Inc. and Helsinn Healthcare SA".
