Notice share value dropping significantly since September despite attempts to prop it back up to .07 or .08 with small buys. Most volume was sell-off at lower share value.
Investors are dumping EPAZ in anticipation of SEC trade halt. EPAZ will be a full year late with 2015 10-k and probably won't report 2016 10-k next month either.
