That's hard to say, they might end up paying for some loses. All those law firms obviously saw an opportunity to make some money otherwise, they would have gone through the trouble to sue EGLT. So the likely scenario is that EGLT will end up paying something to settle it.

I'm no legal expert, so I have no idea what kind of impact on EGLT. It will certainly show up as expense but won't be on the March report since that's for 2016 year end. Some are expecting some nice revenue increase as we have seen on a quarter to quarter basis. On top of that, hopefully a nice projection for ARYMO launch.

My hope is that ARYMO launch may counter some of that lawsuit damages. Depend on when they wrap up the lawsuit. So it may not even show on Q1 earnings if this drags on to second quarter before the case close in court. Then the expense would show on Q2 report. Again the hope here is that ARYMO launch at the end of Q1 would bring in additional revenue to counter some of that damage in Q2.
