The facts are that your friend bought 300,000 shares in a corporation that no longer exists. Its pretty obvious that Walther and cronies intend to keep IFUS as a private company for their sole benefit. Hard to see how that brings any value to a shareholder.
At least WaWa and the cabal should say, "Thank you" to the shareholders for their seed money!
