Is there a section I can go to, to remove these "bloatware" downloads.
No, not really. You would have to go thru the process of rooting your phone.
I see that this is a very limited phone. As I've been in that predicament I've had to move all my photos off the phone onto my PC to make space.
See if you can access "storage" in the phone settings, you should be able to view whats taking up most of the space.
