FINRA has been a reliable source for all actions so my best guess is that CKYS was deleted by FINRA but no I-hubber ever posted the symbol deletion prior to my involvement in posting all FINRA actions beginning 2010, and now we cannot search prior to 2012 when FINRA changed its format.

You betcha, we all wrote it off after all the litigations were finalized.

The only consolation was that the CEO got 7 years in prison for defrauding CKYS shareholders.

EDIT: Since CKYS still shows up as a ticker symbol on YAHOO you could be right that FINRA has not yet deleted the symbol. I've posted some symbol deletions for previously suspended stocks where the symbol had remained for years before FINRA finally deleted the symbol.
