CKYS was put on the Grey Market after the SEC Suspension and hasn't traded in about 9 years, so the stock is essentially dead. It's likely that FINRA did delete the symbol but finding 9-10 year old FINRA postings isn't easy because FINRA changed their daily format and search functions a few years ago.

I'll take a look but it will be like finding the proverbial needle in a haystack.
