Exciting times ahead.

Here are my thoughts on revenue vs. the two:

NWAV - is a physician practice management company....the dont OWN the contracted clinics that fall under the Alternative Medicine Centers of America...They are contracted with alternative med practices and putting them under their "franchise umbrella' and building out some flagship centers as well, but mainly contracted facilities where they get a "referral fee" for managing med cannabis base. So there revenue stream is referral based for contracted centers(perhaps $20 per patient...just throwing a number out there) and for the flagship centers they absorb all the costs which according to filings is about $450k yr and revs of about $2.5M a year for an established clinic...that will take some time to get there as it grows but it will grow.

RSII- is a medicinal cannabis compounding dispensary and R & D product development company. They will be the fill the medicinal cannabis Rx's for Alternative Medicine Centers of America- NWAV clinics along with many other physicians, clinics and states as they brand the Rising Bioscience Compounded Med Cannabis in its many forms. Also, they will be developing cutting edge products with the most accurate levels of THC in the business as per cc and pr's. Now, if you look at the PPS of OWC* around $3...RSII is modeling their business after them along with out of the gate dispensing for NWAV Clinics....So, this side of the business is where the larger revs will be generated due to MONTHLY REFILLS of CANNABIS FORMS.....its a RESIDUAL BUSINESS WHERE REVS FROM 1 PATIENT COME IN MONTHLY vs a 1 time office visit at a clinic or referral fee, PLUS you have the R & D side as they develop and brand the Rising Biosciences name an products.
