The more I think of it, the more I am convinced that the phony charges of mail fraud in 2013 orchestrated by Steven Oshinsky (http://www.lyncmigration.com/news/2013/10/15/7479631.htm#) were perpetrated in order to suppress Enable IPC's ultracapacitor technology. The judgment (http://www.enableipc.com/files/ZTAL001_Judgment_CONFORMED_SolRayo.pdf) against Oshinsky in 2014 was for a total of $2,500,000. [I'm guessing it hasn't been collected, as it's tricky to track down a spook! ;D]

Bear in mind that EIPC's subsidiary Sol Rayo won not only a Phase I National Science Foundation Grant, in which they successfully produced a low-cost nano coating to prolong life of the terminals of lithium-ion batteries, but were then awarded a Phase II grant as well. Roughly 3-4% of those applying for Phase I grants receive them, and of those 3-4%, only 2-3% receive a Phase II grant. Solid science in this little company, and a superior product (https://www.fricknet.com/News/William_Frick_Company_Releases_Solar_Powered_UHF_RFID_Tag_With_Enable_IPC/), but then I allege Big Oil's Dirty tricks kicked into high gear....
