I was wondering the same. Cash on hand is not huge. So RXI will need an infusion. Geert says he wants to land a non-dilutive deal. Every one wants a non-dilutive deal. But how realistic is it before the burn the cash on hand?

Geert is getting up there in age. I would think he wants one last hurrah before he retires. I just hope he is not solely banking on MirImmune. Not that I think it doesn't work, it's just not a quick path. MirImmune is a good three or four years out unless RXII gets some heavy backing.
