now thats awhile - and this is still not out of the woods - not by a long shot - John & Gerald ran the company into the ground since 2008 - they have to let the 'experts' run it now

while its a much needed change, I'll wait till Magna's is clearly out and this develops into something more solid - SeD BioMedical Inc. is just another start-up - and they're an arms length away from the true power wielder SeD Capital Pte Ltd.
