SeD has money to invest in those products and contribute them to AMBS.It also gets rid of the liabilities of AMBS along with accounts payables.What else you expect?.
Good BOD with knowledge on how to bring this company to NASDAQ.
Atleast that is the good part of the deal i see.
Why SeD is doing all this for?.They are not stupid, they see the real value in AMBS.
