I am watching - the latest filing in the SEC case was 2/24.
But it’s just a response filed by his atty.

How did you hear about the criminal case? Google can’t find anything about the arrest.
How do you know it’s the same J.S.?

If it is, I can’t say I’m the least bit surprised since everyone knows that crooks of a feather flock together.
I hope the rest of the scumbags get to join him in prison!

I do see a Justin Sindelman listed on webcrim - no photo though.

The court considers the kidnapping charge the "top charge." I beg to differ - I say rape is worse than kidnapping!








I can’t find him in the NY jail/prison system, and it’s unlikely he’s out on bail with those charges.
