Today spot VIX at 12...hmmm...

Overdue for a "mini-spike"...??!

Are the markets reall prepared for a fed Hike...in March...??!

I doubt it...even If expectations are for a rate hike, when it Does happen, the market will imo respond in a "drastic fashion"...

Should spot VIX approach or exceed 20...well

look out...especially if it remains elevated for more than a couple days...
