A 1 Mbps download speed could be problematic on many levels.

Perhaps your service is 15 Mbps down and 1 Mbps up?

What type of device, CPU/RAM and operating system version are you using?

I don't know if it's my service or what but playback keeps freezing and picture resolution is continually downgrading. Service is 15 mb up and 1mb down. Still not impressed.
